摘　　要：介绍了某热轧带钢生产线粗轧、精轧高压水除鳞系统的工作原理。阐述了粗轧、精轧除鳞泵站装置的组成及其功能,并对喷射阀组的结构形式及发展趋势进行了阐述,为热轧带钢生产线高压水除鳞装置的使用与维护提供参考。The working principle of high pressure water descaling system for roughing and finishing rolling in the hot strip rolling line is introduced.The composition and function of roughing and finishing rolling descaling pump station are described.The structure form and development trend of descaling value are described.The reference for the use and maintenance of high pressure water descaling device in hot line is provided.
