摘  要:超临界CO_(2)具有很高的溶解度和扩散性,作为化学清洗溶剂可提高去污率,应用于核污染部件清洗可减少放射性废物。研制了一套包含双清洗釜的超临界CO_(2)清洗装置,其中一个清洗釜带有超声波和磁搅拌器,适用于洁净度较高零件的清洗,另一个常规清洗釜适用于一般零件清洗。经该装置清洗后的核污染试样,其α放射性去污率达到95%以上,β和γ放射性去污率达到90%以上。Supercritical carbon dioxide(SC-CO_(2)) possesses high solubility and high diffusivity.It can act as chemical solvent to improve decontamination rate.SC-CO_(2) is applied in nuclear industry to decrease quantity of radioactive waste.A set of supercritical cleaning device including double cleaning kettle is developed.One cleaning kettle is equipped with ultrasonic and magnetic stirrer,suitable for cleaning parts with high cleanliness,and the other is a conventional cleaning kettle suitable for cleaning general parts.Theαradioactive decontamination rate of nuclear pollution samples cleaned by the device is more than 95%,and theβandγradioactive decontamination rates are more than 90%.
