摘 要:电动车与传统燃油车在噪声上存在很大的差别,高频噪声凸显。针对某款电动车高速行驶时车内高频噪声大和声品质差的问题,识别出电机和减速器是车内噪声的主要源头。运用NVH的“源—传递路径—响应”的解决思路,一方面通过对电机和减速器进行声学包覆,降低噪声源,另一方面通过对传递路径的气密封和声学密封进行改进以及声学包优化,有效降低了车内高频噪声,提高了车内声品质。There are great differences in noise between electric vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles,and high frequency noise is prominent.Aiming at the problems of high frequency noise and poor sound quality in an electric vehicle when it is running at high speed,it is identified that motor and reducer are the main sources of noise in the vehicle.Using NVH's"source-transmission path-response"solution,on one hand,through acoustic coating of motor and reducer,noise sources are reduced;on the other hand,through improving air seal and acoustic seal of transmission path and optimizing sound package,the high frequency noise is effectively reduced and the sound quality inside the vehicle is improved.
