摘　　要：在“十四五”规划期间对于高校图书馆建设的智慧化成为了改革与发展的主要发展方向,智慧化图书馆的建设现状有其人才技术等方面的要求,在具备软硬件的基础上,建立图书现代技术、人才培养于一体的高校智慧图书馆。During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,the intelligentization of university library construction has become the main direction of reform and development.The present situation of constructing intelligent libraries has its requirements on talents and technology.On the basis of having hardware and software,we need to establish college intelligent libraries which integrates modern technology of books and talents training.
