摘 要:为研究湖南长沙玉米田草地贪夜蛾种群发生动态规律,2020年4月至12月在田间设置诱捕器,对草地贪夜蛾雄虫诱捕数据进行统计分析。结果显示,该虫雄虫全年发生时间为5月20日至11月22日;全年诱捕数量呈现5-7月较少,8月最多,9-11月波动中减少至消失的变化趋势。春玉米受该虫害威胁程度小于秋玉米。不同生育阶段的玉米对雄虫吸引能力表现为前期>中期>后期。甜糯玉米田诱捕到的雄虫数量显著高于普通玉米田。8-11月的雄虫诱捕数量与气温、日照时间成正相关,与空气湿度成负相关。10℃是雄虫田间活动的最低临界温度。本研究可为长沙地区草地贪夜蛾的监测和防治提供重要参考。In order to study the population dynamics of Spodoptera frugiperda in Changsha,traps were set up in the field from April to December in 2020,and the data of male moth were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the annual occurrence time of the male moth was from May 20th to November 22th.The trapping number in the whole year was less from May to July,and the most was in August.It showed a tendency of decrease to disappear in fluctuations from September to November.The spring maize was less threatened by this pest than the autumn maize.The attraction ability of maize at different growth stages to male moth showed as early>medium>late.The number of male moth capture in the sweet and glutinous maize field was higher than in the normal maize field significantly.The number of male mothcapture from August to November was positively correlated with air temperature and sunshine duration,and negatively correlated with air humidity.10℃ is the minimum critical temperature for male moth in field activity.This study provided important reference for the monitoring and control of the Spodoptea frugiperda in Changsha.
