摘　　要：通过介绍3起船舶散装运输硝酸铵基化肥的事故案例以及《国际海运散装货物规则》相关条目明细表修订内容,针对规则条目修订情况,从托运人、承运人和监管部门的角度提出应对建议。This paper introduces three accidents caused by ammonium nitrate based fertilizers transported in bulk,analyzes the amendments of individual schedule in the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes Code(IMSBC code),and provides recommendations to the shippers,carriers and competent authorities in view of the amendments.
