摘 要:采用乳液共聚法合成有机硅/N-苯基马来酰亚胺(N-PMI)/甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)/苯乙烯(St)四元共聚物,并以此改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)合金,采用凝胶渗透色谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、热失重分析、差示扫描量热、场发射扫描电子显微镜、维卡软化点温度测试和旋转流变等方法对共聚物和改性PVC/ABS合金进行了详细表征,研究了有机硅/N-PMI投料质量比对单体转化率、共聚物分子量和玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))的影响,以及不同投料质量比下共聚物对PVC/ABS合金热稳定性、耐热性能、力学性能和流变行为的影响。结果表明,增大有机硅用量会导致单体转化率降低,共聚物分子量减小且T_(g)升高;共聚物对PVC/ABS合金起到增容作用,共聚物含量为5份时,随着有机硅投料质量比的增加,改性合金的热稳定性、耐热性能和拉伸强度均得到提升,断裂伸长率呈先增大后减小的趋势,低频区复数黏度的频率依赖性明显下降。当有机硅/N-PMI投料质量比为3∶1时,共聚物分子量为1.55×10^(5),T_(g)达到131.6℃,改性合金的拉伸强度为58.7 MPa,维卡软化点温度为89.4℃。The organosilicon/N-phenylmaleimide(N-PMI)/methyl methacrylate(MMA)/styrene(St)quaternary copolymer was synthesized by emulsion copolymerization,and then used to modify poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic(ABS)alloy.The quaternary copolymer and modified PVC/ABS alloy were characterized in detail via gel permeation chromatography,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,differential scanning calorimetry,field emission scanning electron microscope,Vicat softening point temperature test,rotational rheology and so on.The influences of organosilicon/N-PMI feed mass ratio on the monomer conversion rate,molecular weight and glass transition temperature(T_(g))of copolymer were studied,and the effects of copolymers synthesized under different feed mass ratio of organosilicon/N-PMI on the thermal stability,heat resistance,mechanical properties and rheological behavior of PVC/ABS alloy were investigated.The results show that increasing the amount of organosilicon reduces the monomer conversion and molecular weight of copolymer,but increase T_(g).The copolymer act as a compatibilizer of PVC/ABS alloy,with the increase of the organosilicon feed mass ratio,the thermal stability,heat resistance and tensile strength of modified alloy with 5 phr of copolymer are all improved,the elongation at break is first increased and then decreased,and the frequency dependence of complex viscosity in the low frequency region is significantly reduced.When the organosilicon/N-PMI feed ratio mass is 3∶1,the molecular weight of quaternary copolymer is 1.55×10^(5),the T_(g) reaches 131.6℃,the tensile strength and Vicat softening point temperature of modified alloy are 58.7 MPa and 89.4℃,respectively.
