摘 要:在加入增容剂马来酸酐接枝聚苯醚(PPE-g-MAH)的基础上,添加不同用量的增韧剂马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)、马来酸酐接枝氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS-g-MAH),采用双螺杆熔融挤出法制备尼龙6/聚苯醚(PA6/PPE)合金。通过常规力学性能测试探究POE-g-MAH,SEBS-g-MAH对PA6/PPE合金力学性能的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热(DSC)仪分析PA6/PPE合金的增韧机理及结构形貌。结果表明,添加5份POE-g-MAH时,PA6/PPE合金的综合力学性能最佳,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度为26.9 kJ/m^(2),拉伸强度为65 MPa,弯曲强度为83 MPa。添加3份SEBS-g-MAH时,合金的综合力学性能最佳,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度为30.7 kJ/m^(2),拉伸强度为65 MPa,弯曲强度为80 MPa。DSC测试表明,添加增韧剂POE-g-MAH,SEBS-g-MAH会使PA6/PPE合金的过冷度增大,结晶度下降。SEM分析表明,增韧剂POE-g-MAH,SEBS-g-MAH可进一步增加两相界面的粘结力,有效吸收分散所受冲击应力,大大提高合金的韧性。On the basis of adding the compatibilizer maleic anhydride grafted polyphenylene ether(PPE-G-MAH),the different amount of toughening agent maleic anhydride graft ethylene-octene copolymer(POE-G-MAH)or maleic anhydride graft hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SEBS-g-MAH)was added,the nylon 6/polyphenylene ether(PA6/PPE)alloy was prepared by twin-screw melt extrusion method.The influences of POE-g-MAH and SEBS-g-MAH on the mechanical properties of PA6/PPE alloy was investigated by conventional mechanical properties test,and the toughening mechanism and structural morphology of PA6/PPE alloy were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that the comprehensive mechanical properties of PA6/PPE alloy are the best when 5 phr POE-g-MAH is added.The Izod notch impact strength,tensile strength and bending strength of the alloy are 26.9 kJ/m^(2),65 MPa and 83 MPa respectively.When 3 phr SEBS-g-MAH is added,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the alloy is the best.The Izod notch impact strength of the alloy is 30.7 kJ/m^(2),the tensile strength is 65 MPa,and the bending strength is 80 MPa.DSC test shows that adding toughening agents POE-g-MAH or SEBS-G-MAH increases the undercooling degree of PA6/PPE alloy and decreases the crystallinity.SEM analysis shows that the toughening agents POE-g-MAH and SEBS-G-MAH can further increase the bonding force of the interface between the two phases,effectively absorb and disperse the impact stress,and greatly improve the toughness of the alloy.
