摘  要:以黄麻纤维毡为增强材料、3-羟基丁酸酯和3-羟基戊酸酯的共聚物(PHBV)为基体,聚磷酸铵和氢氧化铝为复合阻燃剂,制备PHBV/黄麻纤维毡阻燃复合材料,研究黄麻纤维毡面密度及层数、纤维线密度、阻燃复合材料厚度对PHBV/黄麻纤维毡阻燃复合材料阻燃、燃烧性能的影响,得出最优工艺参数为:黄麻纤维毡层数为3层,面密度依次为120,100,80 g/m^(2),纤维线密度为1.65 tex,制备阻燃复合材料厚度为4.5 mm;对最优工艺参数下的PHBV/黄麻纤维毡阻燃复合材料的热稳定性能、拉伸性能、结构和形貌进行分析。结果表明,PHBV/黄麻纤维毡阻燃复合材料的阻燃性能和耐燃烧性能最好,极限氧指数达27.2%,垂直燃烧等级为V–0级;与未添加复合阻燃剂的PHBV/黄麻纤维毡复合材料相比,添加复合阻燃剂的PHBV/黄麻纤维毡阻燃复合材料的热解温度降低30℃,500℃时的残炭率提高102%,拉伸强度降低8.6%。添加复合阻燃剂的复合材料内部仍存在着少量阻燃剂的局部团聚现象。3-hydroxybutyrate and 3-hydroxyvalerate copolymer(PHBV)/jute fiber felt flame retardant composites were prepared with jute fiber felt as reinforcing material,PHBV as matrix,ammonium polyphosphate and aluminum hydroxide as composite flame retardant.The influences of surface density and layer number of jute fiber felt,fiber linear density and thickness of flame retardant composites on the flame retardant and combustion properties of PHBV/jute fiber felt flame retardant composites were researched,the optimum process parameters are as follows:the layer number of jute fiber felt is three,and the area densities are 120,100,80 g/m^(2) respectively,the linear density is 1.65 tex,and the thickness of flame retardant composite is 4.5 mm.Under the optimum process parameters,the thermal stabilities,tensile properties,structures and morphologies of PHBV/jute fiber felt flame retardant composites were measured.The results show that the PHBV/jute fiber felt flame retardant composite has the best flame retardant and combustion resistance,the limiting oxygen index is 27.2%,and the vertical combustion grade is V–0.Compared with the PHBV/jute fiber felt composite without composite flame retardant,the pyrolysis temperature of PHBV/jute fiber felt composite with composite flame retardant decreases by 30℃,the carbon residue rate increases by 102%at 500℃,and the tensile strength decreases by 8.6%.The local agglomeration of a small amount of composite flame retardants still exists in the composite with composite flame retardant.
