摘　　要：电动汽车户外量杯是一种薄壁深腔塑件,根据该塑件的结构特点,设计了一种非标两板热流道注塑模具,模具分两次打开,塑件分三步顺序脱模。将LKM常规DI型标准模架改造为一种无顶出机构两板非标模架,能有效缩减模具总高度,解决了注塑机最大模具高度容模尺寸不够的问题。塑件外壁的脱模使用一种定模哈夫滑块机构,内壁的脱模使用一种动模推板机构;两种机构由模具开模动力通过T型拉杆和定距拉条按序进行驱动,既能实现外壁、内壁脱模的按顺序执行,又能保证塑件的完全脱模。定位锥台、定位组件等的设置能有效地保证圆柱形薄壁深腔塑件内、外壁成型件的同轴度,从而保证塑件的薄壁成型质量。The outdoor measuring cup of electric vehicle is a thin-wall and deep-cavity plastic part.According to the structural characteristics of plastic part,a non-standard two plate hot runner injection mold was designed.The mold was opened in two times,the plastic part was demoulded sequencely in three steps.The LKM conventional DI standard moldbase was transformed into a two-plate non-standard moldbase without ejection mechanism,which can effectively reduce the total mold height,and solve the problem of insufficient mold capacity for the maximum mold height of the injection molding machine.The demoulding of the outer wall used a fixed-mold half slider mechanism,and the demoulding of the inner wall used a moving-mold push plate mechanism,and two mechanisms were driven by the mold opening power through the T-shaped pull rod and the fixed-distance pull rod in order,it can not only realize the sequential execution of the outer wall and the inner wall demoulding,but also ensure the complete demoulding of the plastic part.The setting of positioning cones,positioning components,etc.can effectively ensure the coaxiality of the inner and outer wall forming parts of cylindrical thin-wall deep-cavity plastic part,so as to ensure the thin-wall molding quality of plastic part.
