摘  要:采用双螺杆熔融加工方法制备了不同功能助剂(氧化锡锑)含量的激光直接成型(LDS)用聚碳酸酯(PC)功能材料(LDS-PC),研究了LDS-PC功能材料的热稳定性能,考察了紫外光老化时间对LDS-PC功能材料力学性能的影响规律,并通过分析LDS-PC功能材料在紫外光老化前后的碳酸酯基、异丙基等红外特征吸收峰变化,探究了LDS-PC功能材料的耐紫外光老化机理。结果表明,功能性助剂及LDS-PC功能材料均具有优异的热稳定性能,能够满足LDS材料的使用要求;随着功能助剂含量的增加,LDS-PC功能材料的冲击强度、弯曲弹性模量降低;在紫外光作用下,随着老化时间的增加,LDS-PC材料发生黄变,PC分子链断裂,材料韧性下降,弯曲弹性模量增加,刚性增大;材料的光氧化降解过程主要发生在异丙基处,同时在碳酸酯基处发生少量分解反应。The polycarbonate(PC)functional materials applied for laser direct structuring(LDS)(LDS-PC)with different content of functional additive(tin-antimony oxide)were prepared by twin-screw melting process method.The thermal stability of LDS-PC functional materials were studied.The effects of ultraviolet(UV)light aging time on the mechanical properties of LDS-PC functional materials were investigated.The UV aging mechanism of the LDS-PC functional materials was also explored by analyzing the changes of characteristic infrared absorbance bands of carbonate and isopropyl groups on LDS-PC functional materials before and after UV aging tests.The results reveal that both functional additive and LDS-PC functional materials show excellent thermal stability,meeting the application requirements of LDS materials.With increasing the functional additive,both the impact strength and the flexural elastic modulus of LDS-PC decrease.Under the exposure of UV light,it is found that the surface of LDS-PC materials becomes yellow,the macromolecular chains of PC fractures and the toughness decreases,while the flexural elastic modulus and rigidity increase with the aging time increasing.The photo-oxidation degradation reactions mainly occurres on the isopropyl groups of PC macromolecules,and the carbonate groups has minor decomposition reactions.
