摘 要:采用双向拉伸法制备了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微孔膜,利用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、X射线衍射仪和透气度仪分别研究了横向拉伸温度对微孔膜的微观形貌、熔融与结晶行为、取向和透气性能的影响。结果表明,PTFE微孔膜有明显的温度依赖性,横向拉伸温度升高,PTFE分子链活动能力增强,晶片更易解缠,因而微孔膜的原纤更容易被拉长,结点更容易被拉开,孔径变大。横向拉伸可降低微孔膜的取向度,但横向拉伸温度对微孔膜的熔融与结晶行为和取向行为影响较小。随着横向拉伸温度的提高,PTFE微孔膜的孔径变大,透气性能变好。Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)microporous membrane was prepared by biaxial stretching method.The effects of transverse stretching temperature on the micro-morphology,melting and crystallization behavior,orientation and air permeability of the microporous membrane were studied by scanning electron microscope,differential scanning calorimeter,X-ray diffractometer and air permeability meter.The results show that PTFE microporous membrane has obvious temperature dependence.With the increases of transverse stretching temperature,the mobility of PTFE molecular chain is enhanced,and the wafer is easier to be unwrapped.Therefore,the fibrils of microporous membrane are easier to be stretched and the nodes are easier to be pulled apart,thus the pore size becomes larger.Transverse stretching can reduce the orientation of the microporous membrane,but transverse stretching temperature has little effect on the melting and crystallization behavior and orientation behavior of microporous membrane.With the increase of transverse stretching temperature,the pore diameter becomes larger,and the permeability of PTFE microporous membrane also increases.
