摘  要:使用新型大分子阻燃剂溴化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(Br-SBS)作为主阻燃剂,三氧化二锑作为阻燃协效剂,水滑石作为热稳定剂,制备热稳定化复合阻燃剂(TSFR),采用熔融共混法制备了阻燃高抗冲聚苯乙烯(PS-HI)复合材料,通过热失重分析、垂直燃烧性能测试、极限氧指数(LOI)测试、锥形量热分析、缺口冲击强度测试和扫描电子显微镜分析等手段对阻燃PS-HI复合材料进行了表征。结果表明,水滑石可以有效提高Br-SBS的热稳定性;当加入16份TSFR时,阻燃PS-HI复合材料的LOI为27.1%,垂直燃烧等级可达到V–0级,热释放速率、热释放速率峰值、热释放总量、火灾增长速率指数及CO和CO_(2)放速率峰值均有明显降低,到达热释放速率峰值的时间延长,缺口冲击强度明显降低;氯化聚乙烯的加入进一步提高了阻燃PS-HI复合材料的LOI,热释速率放峰值降低,到达热释放速率峰值的时间延长,同时提升了阻燃复合材料的冲击性能,但对CO和CO_(2)的释放速率峰值有不利影响,分别增大454.5%和642.3%。A thermally stabilized composite flame retardant(TSFR)was prepared by using a new macromolecular flame retardant brominated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(Br-SBS)as the main flame retardant,antimony trioxide as the flame retardant synergist and hydrotalcite as the heat stabilizer.Flame retardant high impact polystyrene(PS-HI)composites were prepared by melt blending method.The flame retardant PS-HI composites were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis,vertical combustion performance test,limiting oxygen index(LOI)test,cone calorimetry analysis,notch impact strength test and scanning electron microscope.The results show that,the thermal stability of Br-SBS is improved by mixing hydrotalcite as heat stabilizer.When 16 phr TSFR are added,the LOI of flame retardant PS-HI composite is 27.1%,the vertical combustion grade can reach V–0,and the heat release rate,peak heat release rate,total heat release,fire growth rate index and peak CO and CO_(2) release rates are decreased significantly,the time to reach the peak heat release rate is prolonged,and the notch impact strength is significantly reduced.The addition of chlorinated polyethylene further improves the LOI of flame retardant PS-HI composite,reduces the peak value of heat release rate,prolongs the time to reach the peak value of heat release rate,and improves the impact properties of flame retardant composite,but has an adverse effect on the peak value of CO and CO_(2) release rate,increasing by 454.5%and 642.3%respectively.
