摘 要:以乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物(OBC)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)接枝OBC(OBC-g-GMA)为增容剂,在回收聚丙烯(rPP)/回收聚乙烯(rPE)(质量比为50/50)共混物中分别加入rPP和rPE总质量15%的OBC,OBC-g-GMA,制备rPP/rPE/OBC,rPP/rPE/OBC-g-GMA复合材料,分析了OBC和OBC-g-GMA对rPP/rPE共混物性能的影响。傅里叶变换红外光谱和接触角分析表明,rPP和rPE产生了极性较大的羧基基团,向rPP/rPE共混物中加入OBC-g-GMA后,GMA中存在的环氧基团与羧基发生化学反应生成了极性较小的酯类聚合物;熔体流动速率(MFR)和流变性能分析表明,向rPP/rPE共混物中添加OBC-g-GMA后,rPP/rPE/OBC-g-GMA的MFR减小,复合黏度、储能模量、损耗模量在OBC的物理增容和GMA环氧基化学反应增容的协同作用下进一步提升;OBC-g-GMA作为rPP/rPE共混物的增容剂,提高了rPP与rPE间的相容性,使得rPP/rPE/OBC-g-GMA的缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率显著提高,分别达到39.9 kJ/m^(2)和640.3%,较rPP/rPE分别提高639%和406%,较rPP/rPE/OBC分别提高55.3%和31%,但拉伸强度有所减小。With ethylene-octene block copolymer(OBC),glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)grafted OBC(OBC-g-GMA)as a compatibilizer,the OBC and OBC-g-GMA with 15%of the total mass of recycled polypropylene(rPP)and recycled polyethylene(rPE)were added to rPP/rPE(mass ratio 50/50)blends respectively,the rPP/rPE/OBC and rPP/rPE/OBC-g-GMA composites were prepared,the effects of the OBC and OBC-g-GMA on the properties of the rPP/rPE blends were studied.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and contact angle test analysis show that the rPP and rPE produce more polar carboxyl groups.After adding OBC-g-GMA into rPP/rPE blends,the epoxy group present in GMA chemically reacts with the carboxyl group and generates ester polymers which with less polar.The melt flow rate(MFR)and rheological properties analysis show that the MFR of rPP/rPE/OBC-g-GMA decreases after the addition of OBC-g-GMA to the rPP/rPE blends.Under the synergy of the physical compatibilization of OBC and the GMA epoxy group chemical reaction compatibilization,the compound viscosity,energy storage modulus and loss modulus of the rPP/rPE/OBC-g-GMA blend are further improved.As a compatilizer for the rPP/rPE blend,the OBC-g-GMA improves the compatibility between rPP and rPE,and increases the rPP/rPE/OBC-g-GMA notch impact strength and elongation at break significantly,reaching 39.9 kJ/m^(2) and 640.3%,respectively.Comparing of rPP/rPE blend increases by 639%and 406%,respectively,and comparing of rPP/rPE/OBC increases by 55.3%and 31%,respectively.But the tensile strength is reduced slightly.
