摘 要:在火控系统的调试、检测过程中,炮控性能参数的测试是一个关键环节。而在传统的炮控系统参数检测中,主观因素过多,精确性没有保证。为解决该问题,设计并实现了一种自动化的炮控系统性能参数检测平台。该平台基于工业相机、图像采集卡等硬件,通过图像采集以及预处理等软件模块对目标进行成像,图像分析处理模块对各种影响因素进行修正。基于该平台的最终测试结果表明,平台检测效果良好,可满足装备需求。In the process of debugging and testing of the fire control system,the testing of the gun control performance parameters is a key step.However,there are too many objective factors in the testing of the parameters in conventional gun control system without accuracy assurance.In order to solve this problem,an automatic gun control system performance parameter testing platform is designed and implemented.The platform is based on hardware such as industrial cameras and image acquisition cards,etc.The target is captured by image acquisition and preprocessing software modules.Then image analysis processing software module is deployed to correct various influencing factors.The final testing results based on the platform prove that the platform shows super testing performance and can satisfy equipment requirements in applications.
