摘  要:为了研究带钢短柱UHPC夹芯板的抗弯性能,设计了2种不同钢短柱配置的夹芯板并对其进行了加载,试验中采用数字图像相关技术对试件顶底板水平方向的滑移进行了测量。研究中同时采用有限元软件ABAQUS分析了2种试件的受力特点,分析结果用于与试验结果进行对比验证,结果表明有限元结果与试验结果吻合度较高。结合2种方法的共同分析结果表明:短柱的尺寸及纵向间距对试件的滑移、承载力以及破坏模式有较大影响。研究中另外分析了底板纵向钢筋配筋率、顶底板厚度、板的高度以及短柱的尺寸对夹芯板抗弯性能的影响。In order to study the bending performance of UHPC sandwich panels with steel short columns,two sandwich panels with different steel short column configurations were designed and loaded.Digital image correlation technology was used to test the horizontal direction of the top and bottom plates of the test piece.Slip was measured.In the study,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the stress characteristics of the two specimens.The analysis results were used for comparison and verification with the experimental results.The results showed that the finite element results were in good agreement with the experimental results.The combined analysis results of the two methods show that the size of the short columns and the longitudinal spacing have a greater impact on the slip,bearing capacity and failure mode of the specimen.In the study,the influence of the longitudinal reinforcement ratio of the bottom plate,the thickness of the top and bottom plates,the height of the plate,and the size of the short columns on the bending performance of the sandwich plate were analyzed.
