摘 要:为更好地解决模数式桥梁伸缩装置损坏引发的安全和更换难度大等问题,通过引进化工合成共聚技术,研发了一种新型多向变位梳齿型桥梁伸缩装置,提出了该伸缩装置的施工工艺流程,并采用有限元软件MIDAS FEA建立了伸缩装置的有限元数值模型,在技术、材料性能特点、经济性等方面对该伸缩装置与传统的模数式伸缩装置进行了对比分析,同时分析两者之间在技术和经济性方面存在差别的主要原因。研究结果表明:多向变位梳齿伸缩装置因自身材料和特有的伸缩结构,完成能够承受汽车荷载,满足国内设计规范要求,并能够适应桥梁在温度变化及行车制动力等因素引起的和梳齿板之间的滑动位移。多向变位梳齿伸缩装置工程造价比模数式伸缩装置少,为78%。汽车通过采用新型多向变位梳齿伸缩装置,其噪音平均值比模数式伸缩装置降低2~3 dB,具有较好的减震、减噪效果。In order to better solve the problems of safety and difficult replacement caused by the damage of modular bridge expansion device,a new type of multi-directional displacement comb bridge expansion device was developed by introducing chemical synthetic copolymerization technology.The construction process of the telescoping device,and the finite element software MIDAS FEA was used to establish a finite element numerical model of the telescoping device.The telescoping device was compared with the traditional modular telescoping device in terms of technology,material performance characteristics,and economy.The main reasons for their differences in technology and economy are analyzed.The results show that due to material and unique telescopic structure,the multi-directional displacement comb telescopic device is able to withstand automotive loads,meet design code requirements,and be able to adapt to bridges caused by factors such as temperature changes and driving braking forces.Sliding displacement.The construction cost of the multi-directional displacement comb telescopic device is 78%less than that of the modular telescopic device.The average noise of a car passing a new type of multi-directional displacement comb telescopic device is 2 to 3 decibels lower than that of an analog type telescopic device,which has a better shock and noise reduction effect.
