摘　　要：目的探究LDL-C/HDL-C及TG/HDL-C比值与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法从康平县人民医院于2019年1月至2020年2月诊治的冠心病患者中选择100例及在本院行冠状造影检查结果为阴性者100例进行研究,将前者设置为A组,后者设置为B组,对比两组的血脂检测结果,分析LDL-C/HDL-C及TG/HDL-C比值与冠状动脉病变程度的关系,同时应用多元回归模型分析冠心病的危险因素。结果A组LDL-C/HDL-C及TG/HDL-C比值明显高于B组,P<0.05;经线性分析,LDL-C/HDL-C和TG/HDL-C比值与冠状动脉病变呈正相关性,P<0.05;经危险因素分析,发现年龄、高血压、糖尿病为引起冠状动脉病变的危险性因素,P<0.05。结论LDL-C/HDL-C及TG/HDL-C比值可预测冠心病,其中LDL-C/HDL-C比值与冠心病具有较强的相关性。Objective:To explore the correlation between LDL-C/HDL-C ratio,TG/HDL-C ratio and the severity of coronary artery disease.Methods:100 patients with coronary heart disease and 100 patients with negative results of coronary angiography in Kangping People's Hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected for the study.The former was set as group A,and the latter was set as group B.The blood lipid test results of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between LDL-C/HDL-C ratio and TG/HDL-C ratio and the severity of coronary artery lesions was analyzed.At the same time,multiple regression model was used to analyze the risk factors of coronary heart disease.Results:The LDL-C/HDL-C ratio and TG/HDL-C ratio in group A were significantly higher than those in group B,P<0.05.By linear analysis,LDL-C/HDL-C ratio and TG/HDL-C ratio were positively correlated with coronary artery disease,P<0.05.By risk factor analysis,age,hypertension and diabetes were found to be risk factors for coronary artery disease,P<0.05.Conclusion:The LDL-C/HDL-C ratio and TG/HDL-C ratio can predict coronary heart disease,and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio has a strong correlation with coronary heart disease.
