摘 要:医药品和个人护理品(PPCPs)是一类生物蓄积性强且难降解的化学物质,并能够随着自然界的物质循环不断迁移和转化,侵入自然水体并对动物和人类健康造成潜在威胁。以布洛芬(IBP)和双氯芬酸(DCF)为典型的PPCPs,探究CW-MFC装置对PPCPs的去除效果,并以葡萄糖(Glu)、蔗糖(Suc)、醋酸钠(Sa)3种不同有机物作为碳源与PPCPs进行共代谢处理。结果表明:稳定运行的CWMFC装置对IBP和DCF的去除率分别为95.02%和86.41%。IBP的添加对污水处理效能没有明显影响,而DCF对系统的净化效果起到了一定阻碍作用。共基质种类的不同对IBP和DCF的去除有影响,Sa和Suc由于其被微生物利用的难易程度的不同,对PPCPs和COD的去除都有不利的影响,以Glu作为碳源时,污染物的去除效果最佳。Pharmaceuticals and personal care products(PPCPs)are a class of chemical substances with strong bioaccumulation and refractory degradation,which can continuously migrate and transform along with the material circulation in nature,posing potential threats to animal and human health.Ibuprofen(IBP)and diclofenac(DCF)as commonly used anti-inflammatory drugs have been detected in surface water,and both are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.In our study,ibuprofen(IBP)and diclofenac(DCF)were used as typical PPCPs to explore the removal effect of the CW-MFC device.Glucose(Glu),sucrose(Suc)and sodium acetate(Sa)were used as carbon sources for co-metabolism with PPCPs.The results showed that the stable operation of the CW-MFC device has a removal rate of 95.02% and 86.41% for IBP and DCF,respectively.The addition of IBP has no significant effect on the efficiency of wastewater treatment,while DCF has played a certain role in hindering the purification effect of the system.Carbon source as a co-substrate participates in the degradation of IBP and DCF and has an impact on the removal of IBP and DCF.Sa and Suc have an adverse effect on the removal of PPCPs and COD due to their different degrees of difficulty in being used by microorganisms.Glu was considered as the most suitable carbon source.
