摘  要:众多类型自动变速器中,AMT成本低廉且传递效率高,却因换挡平顺性差而未受到乘用车企的重视。近年来具有换挡动力补偿功能的混合动力系统的发展,为车辆换挡平顺性和经济性不能兼顾的问题提供了解决方案。文章以基于AMT技术拓展开发的P3混合动力系统为例,分析换挡动力中断产生机理、动力中断补偿方法及驱动电机外特性优化设计方法,并在实车验证中取得了较为理想的驾乘效果。Among many types of automatic transmissions,AMT has low cost and high transmission efficiency,but it has not been paid attention by passenger car enterprises because of its poor shift smoothness.In recent years,the development of hybrid power system with shift power compensation function provides a solution to the problem that vehicle shift smoothness and economy can not be considered.Taking the P3 hybrid power system developed based on AMT technology as an example,this paper analyzes the generation mechanism of shift power interruption,the compensation method of power interruption and the optimization design method of external characteristics of driving motor,and has achieved ideal driving effect in real vehicle verification.
