摘 要:为探究28-表高芸苔素内酯对低温胁迫后黄瓜幼苗生长和冷害恢复能力的影响,以黄瓜‘金胚98’为材料,用不同浓度的28-表高芸苔素内酯(0.001,0.01,0.1,1.0 mg·L^(-1))对黄瓜苗期叶面进行喷施处理,以清水为对照,喷施后3 d进行0℃低温胁迫24 h,缓苗10 d后测定受胁迫植株的形态指标、生理指标及恢复指数情况,对比不同浓度处理对于黄瓜幼苗低温耐受性的影响。结果表明,喷施28-表高芸苔素内酯能够显著降低植株的冷害症状,恢复指数提高了16.6个百分点以上,其中0.1 mg·L^(-1)处理在控制株高、提高植株地上部干质量和根部干质量、总鲜质量、提高壮苗指数方面的效果更优,其次为0.01 mg·L^(-1)处理;而0.01 mg·L^(-1)处理在提高叶绿素相对含量、提高渗透调节物质脯氨酸含量方面更好。综合对比,低温胁迫前黄瓜幼苗喷施0.1 mg·L^(-1)28-表高芸苔素内酯为较优选择,其次为0.01 mg·L^(-1)。In order to explore the effect of 28-epibrassinolide on the growth and recovery ability of cucumber seedlings after chilling stress,cucumber'Jinpei98'was used as material,different concentrations of 28-epihomobrassinolide(0.001,0.01,0.1,1.0 mg·L^(-1))were sprayed on the leaves of cucumber seedlings,clear water was taken as control,3 days after spraying,0℃chilling stress was carried out for 24 h,the morphological index,physiological index and recovery index of the stressed plants were measured after 10 days'recovery,and the spraying effects of different concentrations on chilling tolerance of cucumber seedlings were compared.The results showed that spraying 28-epihomobrassinolide could significantly reduce the chilling injury of plants,the recovery index increased by more than 16.6 percentage points compared with the control.Among them,0.1 mg·L^(-1) treatment had better effect on controlling plant height,increasing the dry weight of the above-ground part and root of the plant,also the total fresh weight,and improving seedling index,followed by the 0.01 mg·L^(-1) treatment;while the treatment of 0.01 mg·L^(-1) was better in increasing the relative content of chlorophyll,and the content of osmotic adjustment substancesproline.Comprehensive comparison showed that spraying 0.1 mg·L^(-1)28-epibrassinolide on cucumber seedlings before low temperature stress was the better choice,followed by 0.01 mg·L^(-1).
