摘  要:基于多体动力学软件RecurDyn的仿真分析功能,对35D锁闭装置进行研究。首先搭建了35D锁刚柔耦合模型,作为子系统导入城轨塞拉门模型,运行仿真得到门系统开关门过程中的驱动扭矩,将仿真结果与实验数据对比,修正模型参数,最终得到了高精度的城轨塞拉门(35D锁)动力学仿真模型,为后续35D锁车门结构优化及常见故障研究提供参考。Based on the simulation analysis function of the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn,the 35D locking device is studied.The rigid-flexible coupling model of 35D locking device is built,which is imported into the urban rail sliding plug door model as a subsystem.The driving torque during the door opening and closing process of the door system is obtained by simulation,and the simulation results are compared with the experimental data to modify the model parameters.Finally,a high-precision dynamic simulation model of the sliding plug door with 35D locking device is obtained,which provides reference experience for the subsequent structural optimization and common failure research of the 35D locking door.
