摘  要:为了降低东川区某磷矿中白云石脉石矿物的含量,对P_(2)O_(5)品位为25.20%,MgO为4.42%,SiO_(2)为11.72%的原矿进行了筛分分析,结果表明,该矿石粒级分布呈现粒级越细,P_(2)O_(5)品位越低,MgO品位越高;且粒级在25μm以下占10.10%,其P_(2)O_(5)品位为16.01%。常温(20℃)下,采用反浮选一粗一扫工艺流程进行了脱硅浮选试验,结果表明,该矿石属于易选高品位胶磷矿,最终精矿P_(2)O_(5)品位29.56%,含MgO 0.89%;精矿产率75.64%,回收率92.25%。In order to reduce the content of dolomite gangue minerals in the phosphate rock,the raw ore with P_(2)O_(5)grade of 25.20%,MgO content of 4.42%and SiO2 content of 11.72%were screened.The results show that the finer the particle size distribution is,the lower the P_(2)O_(5)grade is,and the higher the MgO grade is.The P_(2)O_(5)grade is 16.01%when the content of the particle size below-25μm is 10.10%.At room temperature(20℃),the desilication flotation test was carried out by the reverse flotation process of roughing and scavenging.The results show that the ore belongs to high grade collophite which is easy to concentrate.The final concentrate has P_(2)O_(5)grade of 29.56%,MgO content of 0.89%,fine mineral yield of 75.64%and recovery of 92.25%.
