池塘养殖患病黄颡鱼病毒病原的电镜观察初报

摘　　要：应用电子显微镜技术,对池塘养殖下颌出血的患病黄颡鱼Pelteobagrus fulvidraco内脏组织进行超薄切片电镜观察。在患病黄颡鱼的脾脏和肾脏组织中观察到大量球形无囊膜病毒样颗粒,直径约30~40 nm;病毒粒子分布在宿主细胞的细胞质中,有的由单位膜包裹在包涵体中,而正常黄颡鱼组织中未观察到球形样病毒颗粒。The spleen, kidney and other organs were observed in the diseased yellow catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)with mandibular hemorrhage resulted in a massive mortality in the pond-culture of yellow catfish in Qianjiang, Hubei, China in April, 2020 by electronic microscopic technology. A large number of spherical non-enveloped virus-like particles with a diameter of about 30 ~ 40 nm were observed in the spleen and kidney tissues of diseased yellow catfish;the virus particles were distributed in the cytoplasm of the host cells, and some were wrapped in the inclusion body by the unit membrane. While no spherical virus particles were observed in normal yellow catfish tissues. This finding is the first report on virus-like particles observed in diseased yellow catfish.
