摘  要:在水温(23±1)℃下,将360尾初始体质量为(6.84±0.02)g的松浦镜鲤(Cyprinus carpio Songpu),随机分为5组,每组4个重复,饲养在200 L控温循环水族箱中,饲喂以鱼粉和酪蛋白为蛋白源(含蛋白32.24%)、鱼油和豆油为脂肪源(含6.12%)、用甘氨酸调节氮平衡的等氮等能饲料精氨酸水平分别为0%(A0)、0.6%(A0.6)、1.2%(A1.2)、1.8%(A1.8)和2.4%(A2.4),探讨饲料精氨酸水平对松浦镜鲤幼鱼生长、肠道消化酶活性、抗氧化能力及肠道组织形态的影响。结果表明:添加精氨酸各组松浦镜鲤的特定增长率(SGR)和末体质量(FBW)显著高于对照组;A1.2组和A1.8组肠体指数显著高于A0组(P<0.05),A1.8和A2.4组的肠长指数显著高于A0组(P<0.05);A2.4组松浦镜鲤前肠蛋白酶活性显著高于A0、A0.6和A1.2组(P<0.05),A1.8和A2.4组后肠蛋白酶活性显著高于A0组(P<0.05);A1.8和A2.4组前肠和中肠脂肪酶活性显著高于A0组(P<0.05)。A1.8组中肠淀粉酶活性显著高于A0组(P<0.05);A1.2组前肠和中肠过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于A0组(P<0.05);A2.4组前肠总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),A2.4组后肠和A1.8组中肠T-AOC显著高于A0组(P<0.05);A2.4组前肠和中肠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);A1.8和A2.4组前肠和后肠谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),A2.4组中肠GSH含量显著高于A0、A0.6和A1.2组(P<0.05)。A2.4组前肠和中肠一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),各添加组后肠NOS和SOD活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。添加精氨酸显著增加了前肠皱襞高度(P<0.05),A1.8组和A2.4组中肠和后肠皱襞高度显著高于A0组(P<0.05);A1.8和A2.4组的中肠绒毛宽度显著高于A0组(P<0.05)。A1.2组中肠肌层厚度显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),A1.8组后肠肌层厚度显著高于A0组(P<0.05)。综上,饲料中添加1.8%~2.4%的精氨酸可以提高松浦镜鲤幼鱼肠道消化吸收能力和抗氧化能力,促进松浦镜鲤的肠Juvenile Songpu mirror carp(Cyprinus carpio Songpu)with initial body weight of(6.84 ± 0.02)g were randomly divided into 5 groups, reared in a 200 L temperature control circulating water aquarium, and fed basic isonitrogen and isoenergy diet containing fish meal and casein as the protein source(containing 32.24% of crude protein), fish oil and soybean oil as the fat source(containing6.12%), and use glycine to adjust the nitrogen balance supplemented with 0%(A0), 0.6%(A0.6), 1.2%(A1.2), 1.8%(A1.8)and2.4%(A2.4)of arginine at water temperature(23 ± 1)℃ to explore the effect of dietary arginine level on growth, antioxidant capacity, and digestive enzyme activity, and morphology of intestine in Songpu mirror carp juveniles. There were significantly higher final body weight(FBW)and specific growth rate(SGR)in the Songpu mirror carp fed the diets containing arginine than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The fish in the A1.2 and A1.8 groups had significantly higher intestinal somatic index than the fish in A0 group did(P < 0.05), and the fish in A1.8 and A2.4 groups had significantly higher intestinal length index than the fish in A0 group did(P <0.05). There was significantly higher activity of protease in foregut n A2.4 group than that in A0,A0.6 and A1.2 groups(P < 0.05),and in hindgut in A1.8 and A2.4 group than that in A0 group(P < 0.05). The significantly higher lipase activities in foregut and midgut were observed in A 1.8 and A2.4 groups than that in A0 group(P < 0.05). The amylase activity in midgut was significantly higher in A1.8 group than that in A0 group(P < 0.05). Catalase(CAT)activity was significantly higher in A1.2 group than that in A0 group(P < 0.05). Total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)was significantly higher in foregut in A2.4 group than that in other groups(P <0.05), with significantly higher in the hindgut in A2.4 group and the midgut in A1.8 group than those in A0 group(P < 0.05).
