摘 要:2014年6月12—13日,在云南德泽水库及上下游河流沿线设6个采样点,调查底栖动物的种类组成、优势种和生物量,结合水质生物学评价指数,分析其群落结构特征和水质现状,探讨德泽水库供水半年后对库中及其上下游河流底栖动物的影响。结果表明,共检出4门7纲58种底栖动物。底栖动物种类数由多至少的水平变化趋势为:西泽河>牛栏江>德泽水库>马龙河,密度由高到低依次为:德泽水库>西泽河>牛栏江>马龙河,生物量为牛栏江>西泽河>马龙河>德泽水库。水质生物学评价指数表明,全部采样点的水质均为清洁-轻污染。与德泽水库供水前(2013年6月)的数据相比,只有德泽水库的变化较为显著,并对此提出了恢复底栖动物生境的建议。The species composition, dominant species and biomass of zoobenthos were investigated in 6 sampling sites in Deze Reservoir and its upstream and downstream rivers in Yunnan province after water supply half a year on June 12-13, 2014, and the community structure characteristics and water quality status were analyzed, combined with the water quality biological evaluation index, to evaluate the impact of water supply in Deze Reservoir on the zoobenthos in the reservoir and its upstream and downstream rivers after water supply half a year. The results showed that a total of 58 species zoobenthos were found including 4 phyla, 7 classes. The trend of the number of benthic species from the highest to the lowest was described as Xize River > Niulan River > Deze Reservoir > Malong River, and the descending order of zoobenthos density was expressed as Deze Reservoir > Xize River > Niulan River > Malong River,and the descending order of zoobenthos biomass was expressed as Niulan River > Xize River > Malong River > Deze Reservoir. The quality biological evaluation index showed that the water quality in all sampling sites was found to be varied from clean to light-pollution in the water. Compared with the data before the water supply in Deze Reservoir(June 2013), only significant changes were observed in Deze Reservoir, and thus suggestions for restoring zoobenthos habitats are proposed.
