摘  要:台湾海峡海岸线蜿蜒曲折,潮间带滩涂辽阔,为海藻的固着和生长提供了得天独厚的自然条件。绿藻富含多糖、多酚、脂肪酸、色素等多种生物活性物质,具有抗氧化、降血糖、抗炎症等生物学功能。近年来,对于海洋资源的关注促使绿藻进一步被采集再利用,以发挥其更大的经济价值。经统计,台湾海峡及其附近海域绿藻共计10目28科90属114种,其中石莼Ulva lactuca、浒苔Enteromorpha prolifera以及礁膜Monostroma nitidum为三类主要的经济绿藻。本文综述了台湾海峡及其附近海域绿藻的生理特征、分布区域以及现阶段对绿藻资源的研究进展,以期为绿藻资源保护与开发,提供基础数据资料并提升其利用度和附加价值,为我国海藻产业带来新的生机与活力。There are unique topographic resources including zigzag coastline, scattered islands and vast intertidal zone in Taiwan Strait with a favorable natural condition for the attachment and growth of algae. Green algae are rich in bioactive substances including polysaccharides, polyphenols, fatty acids, and pigments which function as various bioactivities, such as antioxidant, hypoglycemic and anti-inflammatory activities. In recent years, with the development of marine resources, green algae are further collected and reused to develop their economic values. According to the statistics, 114 species of green algae including 10 orders, 28 families, and 90 genera are found in the Taiwan Strait, with three main economically important algae Ulva lactuca, Enteromorpha prolifera and Monostroma nitidum. In this paper, the physiological characteristics, distribution regions and current research progress of green algae in the Taiwan Strait are summarized to provide the basis data for resource protection and development of green algae in the Taiwan Strait, which will bring the new vigor and vitality into the green algae industry in China.
