摘 要:虾青素具有极强的抗氧化能力,已广泛应用于医药、化妆品、水产养殖等各个领域。雨生红球藻因虾青素产量高而成为高值经济微藻的研发热点。但雨生红球藻生长缓慢,易受环境条件影响,难以实现规模化培养,因此,获得生长速率高、环境适应能力强的高效诱导积累虾青素的优良藻株是目前重要的研究方向。本文阐述了雨生红球藻藻种改良趋势,概述了雨生红球藻育种研究现状,论述了选择育种、诱变育种、基因工程育种、细胞融合与杂交育种方式在雨生红球藻育种中的应用,展望了雨生红球藻育种技术发展方向。Astaxanthin as a strong antioxidant has been widely used in various fields such as medicine, cosmetics, and aquaculture.With a high yield of astaxanthin, green alga Haematococcus pluvialis has become a hot spot in the research of high-value economic microalga technology. However, the green alga is difficult to achieve large-scale cultivation due to poor growth and easily to be affected by environmental changes. Therefore, it is an important research field to discover Haematococcus strains with high growth rate, strong environmental adaptability and high astaxanthin production efficiency. Here, we summarized the improvement trends and breeding advances on Haematococcus pluvialis. Moreover, the application of four breeding methods including selective breeding, mutation breeding, genetic engineering breeding and cell fusion breeding in Haematococcus pluvialis was reviewed, and the perspectives of breeding technology were also discussed in Haematococcus pluvialis.
