摘　　要：乡村留守儿童监护制度落实,为乡村地区留守儿童管理、保护提供支持。法律对于乡村留守儿童合法权益的保护,不应停留于单方面管理约束,要加强法律实际管理适用性及法律体系完善性,保证法律规范的落实能实现对部分乡村留守儿童监护问题解决。以此,提高乡村留守儿童教育、生活质量,建立乡村留守儿童法律管理保障的新机制。The implementation of the guardianship system of rural left behind children provides support for the management and protection of rural left behind children.The legal protection of the legitimate rights and interests of rural left behind children should not stay in unilateral management constraints,but should strengthen the applicability of the actual management of the law and the perfection of the legal system,so as to ensure the implementation of the legal norms and solve the guardianship problems of some rural left behind children.In order to improve the quality of education and life of rural left behind children,and establish a new legal management mechanism for rural left behind children.
