摘  要:结合国内多个大型发电机氢气泄漏排查、处理的经验,从发电机本体构造入手,以实战数据为基础,分析氢气直接外漏、密封组件失效、定冷水线棒泄漏三种最为常见的漏氢故障,同时制定干预措施,为电力生产过程中同类型问题提供参考和借鉴。Combined with the experiences in hydrogen leakage detection and treatment from several domestic large turbine generators,considering its internal structure and a large number of empirical data,analyses are carried out on the most three common hydrogen leakage faults concerning direct hydrogen leakage,seal invalid and stator leakage,and intervention countermeasures are put forward,which provides certain reference for the settlement of similar problems in electric power production.
