摘 要:分析了某330 MW机组一起典型的锅炉爆燃事件,排查认为锅炉发生爆燃的主要原因是锅炉大面积灭火且持续恶化时,磨煤机“层火焰丧失”保护及MFT保护拒动,期间运行人员反复多次投运油枪且点火不成功、未能及时切断燃料供应致使未燃煤粉、燃油持续增加,最终导致锅炉发生爆燃。Analyses are performed on a typical boiler deflagration event concerning a 330 MW unit,based on which the dominant cause of this deflagration event is found out that a large-area flameout in continuous deterioration occurred inside the boiler while the“loss of layer flame”protection and MFT protection functions of coal mill did not act as expected.During the period the operators tried to get the oil guns running but failed to ignite,and did not cut off fuel supply timely so that the unburned coal powder and fuel oil continued to increase and finally the boiler deflagrated.
