摘　　要：转基因技术是一种新型的生物育种技术,通过转基因技术生产的粮食在产量、抗病虫害等方面具有一定的优势。但因转基因粮食对人体健康和生态环境等可能产生影响,中国目前明令禁止主粮转基因化。文章从中国转基因粮食生产与消费状况入手,分析了转基因粮食流通与加工环节存在的风险隐患,并针对性地提出了相应的管控措施。Transgenic technology is a new type of biological breeding technology. The grain produced by transgenic technology has some advantages in quantity and resistance to diseases or insect pests. Based on the situation of production and consumption of transgene grain in China, this paper puts forward some measures to control the risks in the circulation and processing of transgene grain.
