摘　　要：目的探讨红外热成像在针刺干预上热下寒特征人群中的应用价值,为针刺治疗上热下寒证提供客观的数据证明。方法选取身体健康但具有上热下寒特征的志愿者49例,进行足三里(右侧)、合谷(右侧)、太冲(左侧)的针刺干预,并通过红外热成像观察干预前后全身正面、背面平均温度及头面部、腹部的局部温度变化情况。结果与干预前比较,针刺干预后人体正面平均温度、头面部温度明显下降(P<0.05),背面平均温度、腹部温度明显上升(P<0.05)。结论借助红外热成像可直观看出针刺对人体上热下寒状态的调节作用,对在临床治疗中运用针刺补泻调和人体寒热平衡具有一定的借鉴意义。Objective To explorethe application value of infrared thermal imaging(ITI)in acupuncture intervention(AI)for population with the characteristic of heat in the upper and cold in the lower,and to provide objective data for this.Methods Totally 49healthy volunteers,who were with the characteristicof heat in the upper and cold in the lower,were treated with acupuncture intervention on right-side"Zusanli"(ST36),right-side"Hegu"(LI4),left-side"Taichong"(LR3).ITI was used to detect average temperature(the front,the back)and local temperature(head,face,abdomen).Results AfterAI,average temperature of the front and local temperature of head and face were significantly decreased(P<0.05),average temperature of the back and local temperature of abdomenwere significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on ITI,acupuncture therapy has a certain regulatory effect on people with such characteristics,and has certain reference significance in clinical treatment.
