摘 要:本试验研究了膨润土对玄武岩纤维水泥基材料流动性、强度和收缩性的影响,并对水泥基材料的微观结构进行了分析。结果表明,膨润土具有吸水膨胀性,使得掺加了膨润土的玄武岩纤维水泥基材料流动性下降;膨润土参与水泥的二次水化反应,使得Ca(OH)_(2)含量减少,水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶增多,提高了水泥基材料强度,掺6%膨润土和0.4%纤维的水泥基材料28 d抗折强度和抗压强度分别提高39.2%和15.8%;膨润土改善了水泥基材料的孔隙,使得结构更加密实,增强了纤维与水泥基体的黏结作用,有效抑制水泥基材料裂缝的发展。The effects of bentonite on fluidity,mechanical properties and shrinkability of basalt fiber cementitious materials were studied,and the microstructure of cementitious materials was analyzed.The results show that due to the water swelling of bentonite,the fluidity of basalt fiber cementitious materials mixed with bentonite decreases.Bentonite participates in the secondary hydration reaction of cement,the content of Ca(OH)_(2) decreases and C-S-H gel increases,which improves the strength of cement-based materials.The 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength of cementitious materials with 6%bentonite and 0.4%fiber increase by 39.2%and 15.8%,respectively.Bentonite improves the porosity of cementitious materials,makes the structure more dense,enhances the bonding between fibers and cement matrix,and effectively inhibits the development of cracks in cement-based materials.
