摘 要:以钼尾矿为原料制备地聚物材料作为充填采矿的胶凝材料,通过干法加碱煅烧活化方式提高钼尾矿在地聚物材料制备过程中的活性。考察了NaOH与钼尾矿质量比、煅烧温度、煅烧时间等因素对钼尾矿活化效果的影响,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)仪、X射线衍射(XRD)仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)仪、扫描电镜(SEM)等对样品进行表征。结果表明,钼尾矿碱熔活化的最佳工艺条件为:钼尾矿颗粒控制在74μm以下,NaOH与钼尾矿质量比为1∶5,煅烧温度为450℃,煅烧时间为60 min。以此条件下活化的钼尾矿为胶凝材料,钼尾矿为骨料,在灰砂比1∶4、料浆质量分数为72%条件下制备胶结充填材料,3 d、7 d、28 d抗压强度分别为1.42 MPa、3.15 MPa、5.96 MPa,且具有良好的环境相容性。Using molybdenum tailings as raw material,the geopolymer cementitious material was prepared for backfill mining.The activity of molybdenum tailings in the geopolymer materials preparation process was improved by alkali activation.The effects of mass ratio of NaOH to molybdenum tailings,calcining temperature and calcining time on the activation effect of molybdenum tailings were investigated.The samples were characterized by ICP-OES,XRD,FTIR and SEM.The results show that the optimal activation process conditions are the size of molybdenum tailings particles below 74μm,the mass ratio of NaOH to molybdenum tailings by 1∶5,calcination temperature of 450℃,and calcination time of 60 min.Using the activated molybdenum tailings prepared under these conditions as cementitious materials and molybdenum tailings as aggregate,the cemented filling material was prepared when the cement-sand ratio was 1∶4 and the slurry mass concentration was 72%.The 3 d,7 d and 28 d compressive strength of the sample can reach 1.42 MPa,3.15 MPa,5.96 MPa,respectively,and it has good environmental compatibility,meets the requirements of filling mining.
