摘 要:利用X射线荧光光谱、偏光显微镜对河北某石英矿进行工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,该石英矿SiO_(2)质量分数为95.49%,主要矿物为石英,主要脉石矿物为绢云母、玉髓、长石、白云母及少量蛇纹石、黑云母、褐铁矿和榍石。在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对该矿石试样采用“筛分-磨矿-分级-磁选-两次浮选”工艺提纯,精矿SiO_(2)质量分数99.21%,满足超白玻璃及医药玻璃用石英砂产品指标要求。玻璃砂制备工艺中产生的分级溢流及浮选尾矿经“中磁-强磁-脱泥-擦洗-两次浮选”工艺提纯后,SiO_(2)质量分数99.33%,满足硅微粉指标要求。The process mineralogy of a quartz ore in Hebei was studied by X-ray fluorescence and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the quartz ore contains 95.49%SiO_(2),and its main minerals are quartz.The main gangue minerals are sericite,chalcedony,feldspar,muscovite and a small amount of serpentine,biotite,limonite and sphene.On the basis of process mineralogy research,the ore sample was purified by the process of“sieving-grinding-classifying-magnetic separation-two flotation”,and the SiO_(2) content of the concentrate was 99.21%,which met the index requirements of quartz sand products for ultra-white glass and medical glass.Classification overflow and flotation tailings from glass sand preparation process were purified by the process of“medium magnetic-high magnetic-desliming-scrubbing-two flotation”,the SiO_(2) content of concentrate is 99.33%,which meets the requirement of silica powder index.
