摘 要:将电解锰渣与壳聚糖交联制备出电解锰渣-壳聚糖复合吸附剂,研究其对废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)仪对复合吸附剂进行表征,通过单因素法考察了pH值、吸附时间、干扰离子对吸附效果的影响,采用吸附模型对吸附过程进行了拟合。结果表明,在pH值为2、无盐、Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度为150 mg/L条件下,吸附时间为24 h时达到吸附平衡,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率为87.3%,当吸附时间为20 min时,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率达到76%。吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型及Langmuir等温吸附模型,平衡状态下Cr(Ⅵ)的最大饱和吸附容量为150.93 mg/g。Taking electrolytic manganese residues(EMR) crosslinking with chitosan, preparing the composite adsorbent of EMR and chitosan.The properties of composite adsorbent were characterized by SEM and FTIR, the single-factor method was used to investigate the adsorption behavior of the composite adsorbent for Cr(Ⅵ) such as pH value, adsorption time, interfering ion, and the adsorption process was simulated with adsorption models. When the pH value is 2, no salt, the initial concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) is 150 mg/L, the adsorption equilibrium time is 24 h, the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) in the solution can reach 87.3%. When the adsorption time is 20 min, the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) reaches 76%. The adsorption kinetics accords with the quasi-second-order kinetic model, and the isothermal adsorption accords with the Langmuir adsorption model. The maximum saturated adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ) in the equilibrium state is 150.93 mg/g.
