摘 要:目的:研究干地榆与鲜地榆煎煮液的人体外是否具有抗菌性。方法::分别将干鲜地榆煎煮浓缩为1g/mL,再进一步稀释出不同浓度的药液,分别作用于5种不同的标准菌株,并分析干鲜地榆不同浓度下对标准菌株的抑菌性。结果:干鲜地榆煎煮液体外对金黄色葡萄球菌最低抑菌质量浓度为1.5625mg/mL,干鲜地榆煎煮液体外对肠球菌最低抑菌质量浓度为3.125mg/mL,干鲜地榆煎煮液对大肠杆菌ATCC25922、产ESBLs大肠杆菌ATCC35218在100mg/mL,50mg/mL的稀释浓度下有较弱的抑菌活性,干鲜地榆煎煮液对铜绿假单胞菌ATCC27853在100mg/mL稀释浓度下无抑菌活性。结论:干鲜地榆煎煮液对金黄色葡萄球菌、肠球菌具有较强的体外抗菌性,对大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的体外抗菌性弱。Objective:To study whether the filtrate of dried and fresh Sanguisorba officinalis has antibacterial activity in vitro.Methods:The dried and fresh Sanguisorba officinalis were decocted and concentrated to 1g/ml,and then diluted to different concentrations.Five different standard strains were applied to the drug,and the antibacterial activity of dried and fresh Sanguisorba officinalis against standard strains was analyzed.Results:The minimum inhibitory concentration of dried and fresh Sanguisorba officinalis against Staphylococcus aureus in vitro was 1.5625mg/ml,The minimum inhibitory concentration of dried and fresh Sanguisorba officinalis against Enterococcus in vitro was 3.125mg/ml,The decoction of dried and fresh Sanguisorba officinalis has weak antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli ATCC25922 and ESBLs producing Escherichia coli atcc35218 at the dilution concentrations of 100mg/ml and 50mg/ml,The decoction of dried and fresh Sanguisorba officinalis has no antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa atcc27853 at the dilution concentration of 100mg/ml.Conclusion:The decoction of dried and fresh Sanguisorba officinalis has strong antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus in vitro,but weak antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro.
