摘  要:结合某2023 t/h四角切圆锅炉,对锅炉一、二次风喷口水平度、燃烧器安装角度及燃烧器切圆半径进行了测量,对一、二次风速度进行了调平。利用飘带法研究了炉内空气速度场分布特性。通过冷态空气动力场试验校正了燃烧器安装角度偏差大的问题,为后期锅炉燃烧调整提供了可靠的数据依据。为电厂自行开展动力场试验提供了参考。In this paper,for a 2023 t/h four-corner tangentially firing boiler,the levelness of the primary and secondary air nozzles,the installation angle of the burner,and the radius of the tangent circle of the burner were measured,and the primary and secondary air velocities were balanced.The distribution characteristics of the air velocity field in the furnace were studied by the ribbon method.The cold aerodynamic field test preliminarily corrected the problem of large deviation of burner installation angle,and provided reliable data basis for later boiler combustion adjustment,which provides a reference for power plants to carry out their own dynamic field tests.
