摘  要:通过对2号锅炉水冷壁壁厚减薄管样宏观形貌检查和几何尺寸测量、基体能谱成分分析、金相检验、维氏硬度试验、向火侧外壁垢样等试验综合分析,得出了2号锅炉水冷壁管壁厚减薄的具体原因,针对分析结果提出了预防措施。Based on the analysis of the macro-morphology inspection and geometric dimension measurement of the water-cooled wall thickness thin-walled boiler tubes,the composition analysis of the matrix energy spectrum,metallographic examination.Vickers hardness test.The specific reason of the wall thickness reduction of the water wall tube of boiler No.2 was put forward,and the preventive measures were put forward according to the analysis result.
