二连浩特铁路口岸站货运组织管理优化研究

摘　　要：近年来随着"一带一路"倡议的深入推进,二连浩特铁路口岸站作为中蒙两国的铁路口岸,其进出口运量持续攀升。通过分析二连浩特铁路口岸站概况、换装能力及其运量情况等发展现状,梳理总结其存在站场设施能力受限、货物装卸能力不足、蒙古方设备受限及作业流程不畅等问题,提出加快实施站场扩能改造、提升货物装卸作业能力、提升作业组织水平、完善口岸工作协调机制等优化策略,从而提高二连浩特铁路口岸站运输能力,缓解货运压力,进一步满足货运发展需求,更好服务于"一带一路"倡议的不断推进。In recent years,with the further promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative,Erenhot Railway Port Station,as a railway port between China and Mongolia,has witnessed a continuous increase in its import and export volume.This paper analyzed the development status of Erenhot Railway Port Station in terms of overall situation,transshipment capability,and transport volume,and summarized existing problems including the limited capacity of station facilities,insufficient capacity for cargo handling,limited equipment of Mongolia,and unsmooth operation process.On this basis,the paper proposed optimization countermeasures accordingly,such as speeding up the capacity expansion and transformation of the station,improving cargo handling capacity,elevating operation organization level,and perfecting coordination mechanisms of port work.This research helps to improve the transportation capacity of Erenhot Railway Port Station,relieve freight pressure,further meet the needs of freight development,and better serve the continuous advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative.
