摘 要:我国煤炭资源型城市历史贡献巨大,但在经济与社会转型过程中的问题也较为突出。新时代,在碳达峰、碳中和目标下,我国能源低碳化、无碳化转型步伐加快,煤炭行业和煤炭资源型城市转型呈加速之势。本文以榆林、大同、平顶山和徐州等为研究对象,利用投入产出技术分析其产业关联,对比探讨此类城市转型模式和动力机制。在国家、地方和企业三个层面,提出煤炭资源型城市转型发展的政策建议。The coal resource-based cities in China have made great contribution in history,but now there are prominent problems and contradictions in the process of economic and social transformation.In the new era,the goal of carbon dioxide peaking and carbon neutrality would accelerate the transformation of low-carbon energy and noncarbonization,and the transformation of the coal industry and coal resource-based cities will also be accelerated.This article chooses Yulin,Datong,Pingdingshan and Xuzhou as typical research objects,describes the industrial relationship of the transformation and development of this type of cities by input-output technology,and compares the modes,results and dynamic mechanisms of coal-based transformation in typical cities.The policy recommendations for the transformation and development of coal resource-based cities are put forward at the national,local and enterprise levels.
