摘 要:目的探讨儿童青少年新冠肺炎疫情居家隔离期间的行为、感受及生活压力事件对其隔离解除后抑郁情绪的影响。方法以问卷星网络调查方式对济宁、菏泽2地5县/市约9500名符合纳入标准的9~17岁中小学生进行整群抽样调查,采用PHQ-9量表筛查抑郁情绪,回收5331份问卷(应答率为56.1%),有效问卷5175份(有效率为97.1%)。结果1658名(32.0%)儿童青少年报告在疫情隔离结束后有抑郁情绪。初中生、高中生、女生、居家隔离期间曾有过自杀意念、失眠、与父母吵架、感到烦躁、注意力不能集中及过去一年生活压力事件等因素与隔离结束后儿童青少年抑郁情绪相关联。结论居家隔离解除后儿童青少年的抑郁情绪仍处于较高水平,需要及时对居家隔离期的儿童青少年的心理健康状况进行筛查和随访并进行心理干预。Objective To investigate the impacts of behaviors/feelings during the NCP home quarantine and stressful life events on depressive symptoms after pandemic in children and adolescents.Methods An online cluster sampling survey was conducted among 9500 elementary and secondary school students aged from 9-17 in five cities/counties from Jining and Heze.Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)was used to screen depressive symptoms.A total of 5331 questionnaires(response rate=56.1%)were collected and 5175(97.1%)were valid questionnaires.Results 1658(32.0%)students suffer from depressive symptoms after quarantine.Higher grade,female,negative experiences during home quarantine,such as suicidal ideation,insomnia,quarreling with parents,feeling irritable,not concentration during online studying and stressful life events frequency in the past year were positively associated with depressive symptoms in children and adolescents after quarantine.Conclusion The depressive symptom in children and adolescents was still at a high level after NCP pandemic.We should screen and follow up the mental health status of children and adolescents during quarantine period and carry out psychological intervention in time.
