摘 要:采用布鲁克摩擦磨损试验机考察了光氧老化对NR/炭黑复合材料在极端工况(高速、高载荷、高温)下磨耗行为的影响。结果表明,在实验范围内,经历初始光氧老化的试样与未老化试样在磨耗行为及机理方面较为类似,但初始光氧老化导致试样的表面变硬、耐磨性增加、磨损体积降低,磨耗会破坏试样表层初始光氧老化后形成的分子结构和交联结构。The effect of photo-oxidation ageing on the wear behavior of natural rubber/carbon black composites under extreme conditions(high speed,high load,and high temperature)by the Bruker friction and wear tester was investigated.The results showed that within the experimental conditions,the samples that undergone initial photo-oxidation ageing were similar to those of without photo-oxidation ageing samples in wear behavior and mechanism.However,the initial photo-oxidation ageing caused the surface of the sample to be hard,the abrasion resistance was increased,the abrasion volume was decreased.Wear could destroy the molecular structure and crosslinking structure formed after the intial photo-oxidation ageing of sample surface.
