摘 要:针对低地板车转向架弹性联轴器力学性能试验,介绍了轨道车辆弹性联轴器的结构及驱动方式,设计联轴器轴向、径向、扭转和疲劳试验方案并进行试验,研究了直接和间接测试方式、单件和组对方式对扭转刚度以及不同补偿位移对疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,试验设计满足要求,直接测量和间接测试结果基本一致,组对刚度是单件刚度的60%,补偿位移对疲劳性能影响不明显。For the low-floor vehicle bogie elastic coupling mechanical performance test,the structure and driving mode of the elastic coupling for rail vehicles was introduced.The axial,radial,torsional and fatigue test schemes of the coupling was designed and tested,the effects of direct and indirect test methods,single piece and group test methods on torsional stiffness and different compensated displacements on fatigue performance were studied.The results showed that the test design meets the requirements,the results of direct measurement and indirect measurement were basically the same,the group pair stiffness was 60%of the single piece stiffness,and the effect of compensation displacement on fatigue performance was not obvious.
