太赫兹真空电子器件的发展及其在雷达中的应用

摘　　要：电真空器件在雷达发展史中有着举足轻重的地位,是雷达系统的核心器件之一。随着雷达系统的工作频率上升到太赫兹频段,电真空器件是最有可能在该频段产生大功率的辐射源,因此其可以被应用于太赫兹波段的雷达之中。首先对太赫兹波段的各个电真空器件的研究发展进行了介绍,还简要阐述了目前国内外应用电真空器件的太赫兹雷达,最后对太赫兹波段真空电子器件的发展和其在雷达中的应用进行了展望。The electric vacuum device plays a key role in the history of radar development,is one of the core parts in radar system.As the operating frequency of radar system reaches to the terahertz band,it seems that the electric vacuum device is the most possible emitter generating high-power in this band,so the electric vacuum device can be applied to terahertz(THz)radars.In this paper,the research and development of each electric vacuum device in terahertz band are introduced,and the terahertz radars using electric vacuum devices are introduced briefly.Lastly,the development of terahertz vacuum electric devices and the application to radars are looked forward to.
