和胃降逆汤加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的效果和患者不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的探究和胃降逆汤加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的治疗效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年10月本院收治的200例胆汁反流性胃炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组与对照组,每组100例。观察组给予和胃降逆汤加减治疗,对照组给予常规西药治疗,比较两组中医症状积分、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组上腹疼痛(1.22±0.02)分、胃满烦闷(1.02±0.02)分、食欲不振(0.79±0.04)分、反酸反胃(0.75±0.02)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.00%,明显低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和胃降逆汤加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎效果显著,能降低患者不良反应发生率,改善预后,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Hewei Jiangni decoction on bile reflux gastritis.Methods 200 patients with bile reflux gastritis treated in our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Hewei Jiangni decoction and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain(1.22±0.02)scores,fullness of stomach(1.02±0.02)scores,anorexia(0.79±0.04)scores and acid reflux(0.75±0.02)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.00% of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.00%,which was significantly lower than 30.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hewei Jiangni decoction is effective in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis,it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve prognosis,it is worthy of clinical application.
