联合检验对珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血的诊断意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨联合检验对珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血的诊断意义。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月本院收治的20例珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血患者作为观察组,另选取同期健康体检者20名作为对照组。两组均统一进行联合检验,比较两组血液学指标检查结果,分析联合检验对珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血的诊断意义。结果观察组RDW、HbA2水平均高于对照组,MCV水平、RBC脆性均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MCV与Hb电泳联合、MCV与RBC脆性联合及Hb电泳与RBC脆性联合的串联试验灵敏度较高,其并联试验的特异度较高。结论联合检验有助于提升珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血的诊断准确性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of combined tests for globinogenesis anemia.Methods 20 patients with globinogenesis dysplasia anemia admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 20 patients with physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were jointly tested.Compare the results between the two groups of hematological indicators,and analyze the diagnostic significance of the combined test for globinogenesis anemia.Results The RDW and HbA2 levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the MCV levels and RBC fragility were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serial test of MCV combined with Hb electrophoresis,MCV combined with RBC fragility,and Hb electrophoresis combined with RBC fragility has higher sensitivity,and its parallel test has higher specificity.Conclusion The combined test can help improve the diagnostic accuracy of globinogenesis anemia,and the test method is worthy of clinical application.
