复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林对冠心病患者心功能及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林对冠心病(CHD)患者平均血小板体积、心功能、血脂水平及不良事件的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月本院收治的94例CHD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组47例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方丹参滴丸治疗。比较两组平均血小板体积(MPV)、心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)]、血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)]水平、不良事件发生率及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组MPV、LVEF、CO、LVEDD比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组MPV、LVEDD均低于对照组,LVEF、CO均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组LDL、TG、HDL、TC水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组LDL、TG、TC水平低于对照组,HDL水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为4.26%,明显低于对照组的17.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗CHD效果显著,可调节平均血小板体积,阻止血小板聚集,降低血脂水平,利于改善患者心功能,减少不良事件的发生,临床应用安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effects of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with aspirin on average platelet volume,heart function,blood lipid levels and adverse events in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 94 cases CHD patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of the control group.The average platelet volume(MPV),cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),left ventricular end diastolic inner diameter(LVEDD)],blood lipid levels[triglycerides(TG),Low-density lipoprotein(LDL),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL)],the incidence of adverse events and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in MPV,LVEF,CO and LVEDD between two groups;after treatment,the MPV and LVEDD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the LVEF and CO were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of LDL,TG,HDL,and TC between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of LDL,TG,and TC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the HDL was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.26%,which was significantly lower than 17.02%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The compound Danshen dripping pill combined with aspirin h
