尼卡地平联合曲美他嗪治疗稳定型劳力性心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究尼卡地平联合曲美他嗪治疗稳定型劳力性心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月于本院接受治疗的100例稳定性劳力性心绞痛患者作为研究对象,以红蓝数字抽签法分为红字组与蓝字组,每组50例。红字组予以曲美他嗪治疗,蓝字组在红字组基础上联合尼卡地平治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前后症状缓解情况及硝酸甘油使用剂量。结果蓝字组治疗总有效率明显高于红字组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,蓝字组每天心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油使用剂量均少于红字组,每次心绞痛持续时间短于红字组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蓝字组不良反应发生率为8.00%,低于红字组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尼卡地平联合曲美他嗪治疗稳定型劳力性心绞痛患者效果显著,不仅能快速缓解心绞痛症状,减少心绞痛发作次数,缩短发作时间,且可降低不良反应发生率,利于进一步增强治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nicardipine combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with stable exertional angina pectoris.Methods 100 patients with stable exertional angina pectoris who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into red group and blue group by red and blue numbers,with 50 cases in each group.The red group was treated with trimetazidine,and the blue group was treated with nicardipine on the basis of the red group.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions,the relief of symptoms before and after treatment,and the dosage of nitroglycerin between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the blue group was significantly higher than that of the red group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of angina attacks per day and the dosage of nitroglycerin used in the blue group were less than those in the red group,and the duration of each angina pectoris was shorter than that of the red group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the blue group was 8.00%,which was lower than 24.00% in the red group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nicardipine combined with trimetazidine has significant effect on the treatment of patients with stable exertional angina.It can not only quickly relieve the symptoms of angina,reduce the number of angina attacks,shorten the attack time,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is beneficial to further enhance the treatment effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
